We welcome you to the Children First Medical Group website. The purpose of this website is to provide you with information about our medical group, physicians and health plan contracts.

As a CFMG member, you are entitled to the following:

• Access to your Primary Care Physician (PCP) on a 24 hour basis, seven days a week is available.  CFMG physicians welcome the opportunity to speak with you about your child’s pediatric needs. 
• Referrals to specialty care physicians by calling your Primary Care Physicians.

As a CFMG Provider, you are entitled to the following:

• Timely, prompt claims payment according to AB1455 guidelines
• Dedicated customer service line staffed with friendly customer service representatives
• The most competitive HMO and PPO contracts possible
• Participation in the eVaccine Program and the ability to purchase vaccines directly from the manufacturer. The website URL is www.evaccinesdirect.com

Children First Medical Group’s physician network is comprised of 200 Primary Care Physicians and 200 Specialty physicians.  We offer you and your family the most extensive pediatric network in Northern California.
